Dr Moore qualified from Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital in 1998 then undertook a wide range of hospital jobs along the south coast and in Cambridgeshire. He is currently working as a freelance GP whilst on sabbatical from the practice where he is a partner.

Dr Moore enjoys the broad range of general practice and performs joint injections, minor operations and the Epley manoeuvre (a cure for some cases of vertigo). He also works for the Out Of Hours service and is a member of the Local Medical Committee.

Dr Moore is married with two children and two dogs. In his spare time he enjoys walking, theatre and occasional sailing, and is a compulsive DIYer. In the past he has been a member of the Territorial Army and a steam locomotive fireman.
